How to add your own input field to the webform?

There are 4 standard input fields in the visual editor of the web form: First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Phone Number. If you need other custom properties (e.g. grandmother's name, client's company, work phone number...), you can easily customize them. After you add a property, it will be displayed in the widget editor in the "Properties" section. And you can add it to the web form just like the standard fields.

To create a new field, go to “Settings” > “Properties”. Here you will see all the default fields created by InSend. And here you can create as many new properties as you want.

Click on the “Add a new Property” button and fill in the form that appears.

Don't forget to click on the "Create" button. After that your field will appear in the list of individual fields as well as in the "Additional fields" section in the webform editor.

As soon as the visitor enters his data into the field of the webform (for example, the grandmother's name), you can see it in his profile. You can also segment the visitors according to the values of these fields.
