SPF record and DKIM of InSend mailings

All our mailings are automatically signed with SPF and DKIM. Both entries are correctly configured on our primary domain and pass all checks. You do not need to configure SPF and DKIM yourself!

However, if you want to set up your own SPF, DKIM and DMARK entries and also exclude the sendgrid.convead.com domain from the service headers of your emails, we can do that for you.

To do this, we will need to assign you an additional separate IP address and set up your account at that address. After that, you will need to configure your domain accordingly (you will need a specialist to do this).

A separate IP address means that your account's reputation is completely independent from InSend's reputation.
