How to choose the pricing plan?
All the pricing plans in InSend divided into Standard Plan and Business Plan. The main difference is in number of emails you can send, InSend logo display in webforms and emails and in sending email options (on Standard Plan you send emails from common IP and for Business users we provide the private one. It affects on you domain reputation)

Pricing Plans (Business)
All Business plans include White label, Dedicated IP address, DNS records and SLA (1h Response time). White label means that you won't have InSend logo in your emails and web forms. Dedicated IP address ensures that you are not sharing the email delivery infrastructure with anyone else. It's a private IP that's only for your sender address. A dedicated IP works best if you are sending consistently high volume of emails typically over 200k emails a month. We also provide personal DNS records for your account to make sure you comply with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and your emails will never go to spam. You can also expect the very best SLA from us, we will come back to you anytime within 1 hour.

Overspending payment
The amount of overspending on letters and visits will be automatically debited from the card when you pay for the subscription for the next month.
If you pay by bank transfer, you will be billed separately for overspending. It will come to the post office on the first day of the beginning of the new month.
How to calculate total price if you don't fit in a plan?
Let's say you had, for example, 67 400 visits per month while your pricing plan is standard for 50 000 sessions. That means that you have 17 400 extra sessions, which will cost 13.92$. So in total you will pay 90$ for pricing plan and 13.92$ for over limit. In total you'll be charged 103.92$.
What's the difference between sessions and visitors?
One visitor can come to your website many times during one month. And everything he does during those visits will be carefully saved in his profile so that you can build better communication with person and know him better. This takes a lot of resources from InSend. That's why we charge for visits and not for visitors themselves.
