Store funnel explanation

On the InSend sales funnel, the percentages are in two places:

1. In the channels above the funnel.

Here the percentage shows how much of the total traffic the channel brought.

2. On the colored tiers of the funnel.

Here the percentage is calculated relative to the top level. For example, "Shopping cart 11%" means that 11% of visitors went from the "Shopping cart" step to the "View goods" step. And 80% at the "Buy" stage is not the total conversion of the store, but the conversion from the "Shopping cart" to "Buy" stage.

Thus, the funnel shows the relative conversion from each stage to the next. The total conversion of all visits into purchases can be seen in the metrics - the rectangles to the right of the sales funnel.
