Why is trigger emails not working?

  1. There is no known email for visitor

In order for the email to work and to be sent, the visitor must leave their email address on the website. For example:

  • place an order
  • fill in the web form
  • register
  • enter his email in any field on the website
  1. In the condition of sending the email chosen the disabled web form

  1. Email is created but not launched

  1. The email is set to fire not immediately but, for example, 3 hours after the event:

  1. The client does not fit the filter

Email will be sent only to those customers who have confirmed their subscription.
