The Email Database Reactivation automation will help revive the old customer base, motivates people to visit the website and helps to segment live customers.
Important! The pre-made web forms and email settings cannot be changed as they are part of the automation. This can lead to a violation of the logic of the automation.
If you want to change an element's settings, copy it and make changes in the duplicate.
The automation consists of 3 emails. Below we will tell you in what sequence and what goals can you reach by launching it.
Reactivation #1 (haven't been on website more than 90 days)
This email consist of best products and most popular categories of your store. It is scheduled email that is sent every day at 10 a.m. to subscribers whose last visit was 90 days ago.
Reactivation #2 (haven't been on website more than 120 days)
This email similar to the previous one, but includes 10% discount for 7 days to motivate subscribers return to the website. This email that is sent every day at 10 a.m. to subscribers whose last visit was 120 days ago.
Reactivation #3 (haven't been on website more than 180 days)
The last email is the same as the second one with the 10% discount. This email that is sent every day at 10 a.m. to subscribers whose last visit was 180 days ago. If subscriber haven't reacted to any of these emails, we suggest leave it and don't send any more emails.
This automation helps to keep you email base nice and clean and stay out of spam rates.
