Where I can see the payment history?

You can see all the past and upcoming payments in Settings – Billing history tab.

I was charged more than should be. Why?

Most likely you have exceeded your plan for visits or emails. You can see how many emails and visits are included in your plan in the settings - billing section. There you will also see the current overspending.

To understand exactly what you was charged for, go to the billing history section, there you will find all the invoices indicating how much and what for you was charged.

Can custom plan be made if I need different amount of visits and emails than in plans?

Yes, you can get Enterprise plan if you have more than 300,000 visits per month and you need custom plan with different number of emails and other benefits, such as Implementation Services and Expert Insights. This type of plan is discussed personally, reach out our manager via email hello@insend.io to find out more.

For regular plans you can’t make a custom plan, but we have a wide variety visits-emails ratio (from 5,000 visits up to 2,000,000 visits per month)

Can I pay for the plan in advance?

Unfortunately, no, we are unable to process an advanced payment request. The amount will be debited once a month, including any overlimits.
