How to check if email works well?

To check the email before sending, you need to make a test send to your address:

  1. In the selected email, in the Content or Subscribers section in the upper right corner, select Send test email
  2. Enter your address and click Send
  3. Within a couple of minutes, an email will be sent to your inbox.

IMPORTANT: If you have not set the sender and subject of the letter in the Subscribers section, the email will fall into spam. We recommend that you only test emails that are completely ready to be sent to make sure that the person sees them the same way you do when you test send them.

How to test an abandoned cart block or abandoned view email campaign so that products show up in the email?

  1. After the email is fully prepared, in the Subscribers section, in the To"block No. 1, select set a filter.
  2. In the filter, select "Characteristic - E-mail - equals - your email"
  3. Click "Start" in the lower right corner
  4. After that, go to the website and at the same time go to the Audience section in InSend, select online in the upper left corner and find your session by going to user cards
  5. If you have not left an email before, you need to add it to the user card by clicking i in the upper right corner of the card and filling in the Email field.

    If your mail is already in the contact card, then skip this step

  6. Simulate user actions on the site (for example, add products to the cart or view several products on the site and leave it).

Do not return to the site for 1-2 hours for the email to work.
