How to Stop Sending an Email?

At some point, you may need to make changes to a trigger email (auto-email) and temporarily halt the distribution. Below, we will guide you through the steps to accomplish this.

1. Select the desired email and navigate to it.

2. A window displaying email's analytics will open. Click the "Stop" button located in the lower right corner.

   

   
   
3. Afterward, you can make the necessary changes to the email and restart it.

Important Note: Once a trigger email has been launched, the only aspect that cannot be modified is the sending conditions (trigger). If you wish to replace the trigger (e.g., sending the email after filling out a different web form), you'll need to duplicate the email and customize it accordingly.

Is it possible to stop a one-time email if something goes wrong?

Unfortunately, no. Once you click the 'Send' button for a one-time email, you will be unable to stop it. Therefore, exercise caution and double-check everything before launching!
