How to Subscribe an Unsubscribed Client to Email Lists?

Occasionally, customers may unsubscribe from email lists by mistake and later reach out to the store, requesting to be added back. Here's how you can handle this situation:

  1. Locate the user you wish to reinstate. To do this, use the search function (the magnifying glass icon at the top right of the screen) and enter their email address. Then, navigate to the client card.
  2. Click on the icon in the top right corner. This will open the visitor editing window.
  3. Beneath the client's email address, you will see their status. Click on the checkbox to unmark it, removing the fix. By doing so, the person will be subscribed once again to all email lists.
